Why Does Some Strips Containing DDVP Say They Kill Bedbugs And Some With The Same Amount Of DDVP Doesnt?

The only one that says on the label it kills bedbug is the Nuvan ProStrips but all three have the same amount of DDVP (2,2-Dichlorovinyl dimethyl phosphate 18.6%)????

Why you ask because Nuvan ProStrips did the research which costs a lot of money and they can label it as a bedbug killer but Hot Shot No Pest Strip and Ortho Home DefenceMax No Pest Strip  didnt so they cant put it on the label and if you ask them if you can use it for bedbugs they will say "No" even though it has the same amount DDVP (2,2-Dichlorovinyl dimethyl phosphate 18.6%) as Nuvan ProStrips

Now if you contact any of the three companies about using it to debug a room they will tell you "NO" because once again its using the strip "off labeled" ............I also think they dont want people to use it that way because it is harmful if you are exposed to it for long periods of time and some idiot would put one in every room thinking they dont have to spray or do anything else or some cheap landlord handing them out like candy..........but they will tell you, you can keep it in closets and storage rooms because people usually dont hang around there for more than 4 hours at a time and not to use it in large open spaces where people sleep or work. Just be careful when using it to debug a single room (instruction for debugging a single room can be found on this blog).
